Message dated August 3 was received stating the Governor read the                                                               
following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                          
to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
         SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 21 am H                                                                                    
         Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the                                                                        
         State of Alaska relating to and increasing the number                                                                  
         of members of the house of representatives to forty-                                                                   
         four and the number of members of the senate to                                                                        
         twenty-two.
